Where we deliver
Oakline Cabinets Canada delivers within Ontario, Canada only. We do not currently ship to other provinces or internationally. If your address is outside Ontario, checkout will not offer a delivery method.

Production time
Our vanities and cabinets are made to order. A typical order is built in 7–14 business days, then delivered within 5–7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore usually 12–21 business days.
Custom sizes, non-standard finishes and large multi-unit orders may take longer. We confirm the expected date with you after your order is placed.
Delivery appointments
We contact you to arrange a delivery window. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive and sign for the order.
Deliveries are made to the ground-floor entrance or garage of the address provided. Our drivers do not carry items upstairs, into bathrooms, or through tight stairwells, and do not install, plumb or remove existing fixtures. Please make sure access, doorways and elevators are clear and large enough before your delivery date.
If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed because nobody is present or access is inadequate, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Inspect on delivery
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report any transit damage, missing parts or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and its packaging, to oaklinecabinetsca@gmail.com. We repair, replace or refund at our cost — see our Refund Policy.
Delays
We will contact you as soon as we become aware of a delay. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you, you may cancel your order for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario).
Taxes and duties
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude tax. Applicable HST is calculated and shown at checkout. As we deliver only within Canada, no customs duties or import charges apply.
